She was born in Ankara, 1988 and completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara/Turkey. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Health Science, Department of Nursing in 2010. She earned her MSN in 2013 and PhD in 2018 at Hacettepe University Health Sciences Institute ​Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Program. She has been working as a research assistant at Hacettepe University Faculty of Nursing ​Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Department since 2013. Before she had been a research assistant, she worked at Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Women's Health Research and Education Hospital (attached to the Turkish Ministry of Health) as maternity nurse and gynecology oncology nurse for 2 years. She has been as a visitor scholar at The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing in USA in June-September, 2015 and received a certificate “Independent Study in Doctoral Studies in Palliative Care and Interprofessional Simulation Based Team Training with Clinical Simulation”. Her area of interests are gynecologic oncology, palliative care in gynecologic oncology, palliative care nursing and simulation-based nursing education, interprofessional education.
