She graduated from Ankara University Cankiri School of Health, Nursing Department, in 2011. She worked as a critical care nurse, clinical nurse educator, and unit charge nurse at Ankara Guven Hospital between 2011-2015. She has been working as a research assistant at Hacettepe University Faculty of Nursing, Nursing Services Administration Department since 2016. She has been a General Secretary of the Asian and Pacific Alliance for Nursing Education (APANE) since 2022. She completed her master’s education in 2018 with a thesis titled “Nurses’ Perceptions of Organizational Climate and Psychological Empowerment” at Hacettepe University. She has been continuing her doctoral education in the Fundamentals in Nursing Program at the same university.
