She graduated as the top student from the Nursing Department of Ankara University Cankiri School of Health in 2011. She earned her master’s degree in nursing services administration from the Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences in 2018 and her doctorate in Fundamentals of Nursing from the same institute in 2024. She worked as a critical care nurse, clinical nurse educator, and unit charge nurse at Ankara Guven Hospital from 2011 to 2015. Since 2016, she has been working as a research assistant in the Department of Nursing Management at Hacettepe University Faculty of Nursing. She has been the general secretary of the Asian and Pacific Alliance for Nursing Education (APANE) since 2022.
