He was born in 1997 in Ankara, Fırat ACIKGOZ graduated from Ege Anatolian High School in 2015 and Gazi University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing in 2019. Between 2019 and 2021, he worked as an emergency room nurse at Hacettepe University Adult Hospital, and between 2022 and 2023, he worked as an intensive care nurse at Gazi University Hospital. From April 2023 to March 2024, he worked as a research assistant at the Nursing Department of Bingöl University. In 2023, he completed  his master's degree in the Surgical Nursing programme at the Gülhane Health Sciences Institute of Health Sciences University. Since June 2024, he has been working as a research assistant at the Faculty of Nursing at Hacettepe University and is continuing his PhD education in the Surgical Diseases Nursing programme at the Health Sciences Institute of Hacettepe University.
