Yıldız Erdat graduated from Hacettepe University Nursing Faculty in 2015. In 2012, she participated in Erasmus Training Course as an observer for 3 months in Greece. Between 2015-2016 she worked at Internal Diseases Intensive Care Unit in Hacettepe University Adult Hospital and between 2016-2018 she worked in a State hospital in Kocaeli as an intensive care nurse. She has been working as a research assistant at Nursing Services Administration department since August 2018. She completed her master education in 2020 with the thesis titled “Determination of Nurse Views Concerning the Visibility of Professional Practices In The Nurse Observation Chart” at Hacettepe University. She has been continuing her doctoral education in the Fundamentals of Nursing and Management integrated doctoral program at the same university. Since 2022, she is the secretary of Asian and Pacific Alliance for Nursing Education (APANE).
